We Know the Problem Firsthand

CityBilling, LLC was founded to serve healthcare providers with billing and revenue cycle services. Working closely with medical practices every day, we saw the same problem repeated constantly: front desk staff spending significant time manually entering patient data from paper facesheets — and introducing preventable errors in the process.

Those errors have real consequences. A transposed digit in a policy number. A wrong date of birth. A missing subscriber name. Each one can trigger a claim denial, a delayed payment, or a resubmission cycle that consumes even more staff time.
